Possible World record spotted bass
Not from around here but cool any way. What I want to know is, why cant I catch fish like that? I have Panoptix too.....

I can't find that lake name again so don't know where it showed up last time I read it minutes ago.

Changed my mind. I think they are at the New Bullards Bar Res about 20 miles east of Oroville. Those pics are taken at the Marina and launch right at the dam. Ive never been there but it looks like a cool place to fish!
