Nice fish nate! it was a pretty good morning for everybody, suprising with the low clear water. I was almost certain that was you across there with the scarf, but i wasnt sure. Haha! We hit 3 fish between us today, 2 of which were 3 salt hawgs. Released mine with no picture, and my buddy should post a picture of his pig soon. What hole did you get yours out of? I saw a lot if fish taken upriver, in the first hole below hatchery. When you saw us across the river, we were fishing on a school of AT LEAST 15 steelhead, really picky, as the saying goes, if you can see them, theyve already seen you. but we got them to bite after many many drifts. some big boys over there. Hit one near mouth also. Anyway, too bad we wernt on the other side, coulda said hi.

Nice! Yea ive hit 37 this year already, wondering if im gonna hit my goal of 100. i cant believe the fish are still biting so well in the low clear water. They must really wanna get up!! interesting, i havent seen many taken up there in weeks. I was fishing on my secret schools of steelies today, in some logjams, and they wernt really biting well. got 3, including 2 hogs, but just not like up top. Good to hear tho, im heading up in the AM again. You going tomorrow?

Its the last hole I hit. The water was really low and clear. I added black UV yarn with my eggs when I was trying you rig.

I kinda think my swim coach should give us 2 weeks off, like school.

Wow! Yep, saw those fish you were chasing down, they were moving around. Some pigs in the mix this year. I think I saw you up there salmonator. I was using 6 and 4 which made it a lot of fun and I think helped coax the bite out of the fish in the clear water. I can still never really commit to float fishing, I did some, but I just don't like it.

4 for 6 today at cascade.. Hit some in some sticks, always fun to fight em out of the logs with 8lb test and a totally tight drag. LOl lost a HUGE HAWG on my 3rd cast. 13 plus pounds. fished down near mouth got a few, and one at mouth. little slower today for the crowd but my 4 for 6 aint bad. heres my limit today (im releasing hens because hatchery return is low because the water is too low for them to make it in hatchery, and i feel bad about killing hens) and my buddies hawg yesterday. crappy picture sorry.

You kept 3 chums in one day? Is that legal on the Puyallup?
Look for Wannafish A Lure on FaceBook

He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.
