they will work for coho and kings fine. i like them more then coho and king eggs for the reason that they are smaller eggs and hold together really well in deeper holes that have a stronger current near the bottom

I wouldn't do the match thing personally. Seems to me it would impart a sulfur flavour and smell to the eggs? Yuck.

11.8lbs for a few seasons???? :-s Thats about 10 or 15 trips for fall nooks. Burning through a pound isn't that hard. It's about a 1lb or more for a day of fishing.
