daiwa procyon reel

anyone have these reels? got one ordered for a steal price and just wanted to hear about it, i picked it up once and it felt really light and smooth, im a shimano guy but i wanted to try daiwas out,

Sorry, no experience with the reels but I love the rods. Let us know if the steal price is still on I would love to try one out...

Cabelas bargain cave has it for $50 off right now :) Not sure if that is the steal he's talking about but it's a good deal regardless!

yup cabelas, its like 99 bucks, but if you cant wait for the 2 week long shipping sportco and OE have them for like 110-120, so its a tradeoff

I got this reel for Xmas last year and it's phenomenal. Light weight and the smoothest drag I've ever felt. I definitely suggest it. Bought another 2 from Cabelas to take advantage of that killer sale they have going on. Running the Proycon on both my drift and float rods.
