It's going to be a wet one.
Watch the gauges. When they rise, they'll come.

the gauges are already on the way up. It's not a lot more water, but it's enough to put a smile on my face.

gsus32, I'm wondering the same thing. IF it rains well on Friday and I can only take one morning to fish the Green, Sky, or Snoho, should I fish Saturday or Sunday to improve my odds? My guess is Sunday because I can read the early reports here and strategize!

I'm welcoming rain for two reasons: 1) to bring up the next batch of fish. 2) to wash all of those dead pinks down river where I don't have to smell them.
I was doing some scouting on the Snoho/Sky earlier this week and the aroma from those things piled up almost made me lose my breakfast on multiple occasions. BRING ON THE RAIN.

.2 of an inch.....not really much increase, not enough to color the water or fill any holes....

Yeah we need more than we've got over the last 24 hours. Just keep an eye on the USGS river flow website for whatever river you're considering. Get a baseline for where it's normally at, and watch for it to rise.
For instance, I know the Green normally flows between 500-700...I watch for it to be somewhere between 600-900 and about 55 feet or so. Just from experience those are the most productive conditions I've seen...so that's what I look for. In the last 24 hours it went from 560 to 660. That's actually a decent increase for the Green. I may just hit it this weekend and see how those number translate into hopefully good fishing.
