Kress....
Anybody ever hit up Kress Lake? I just saw a monster that was flashing in the photo gallery and the reports say it just got planted with some steel head. I'm down for some of that! I went to google maps and I couldn't find it. Can any one give me some directions. This site says it's located on between I-5 and Kalama River Rd. But I could't find it.....
RE:Kress....
All I can say is those steelies are easy to catch when they dump them in Battleground...I've never fished Kress and have no idea where it is...but I do know that they sit on the bottom and trolling lures and plugs always produces...it's the best way to target these fish...Rob G. wrote:Anybody ever hit up Kress Lake? RE:Kress....
Kress Lake: Take I-5 to Kalama River Rd the 32 exit. Head east. Take the first left onto Old Pacific Hwy (can only go north at this point. The lake is a half mile on the right.Rob G. wrote:Anybody ever hit up Kress Lake? No luck there Get back on I-5 south and try Horseshoe Lake in Woodland.
Tight lines
RE:Kress....
If you want to catch a steelhead try a slip bober with sand shrimp from shore or troll a large flat fish from a boat.
Good luck!
