Trout fishing Sunday AWESOME

Post by GeryG » Sun Nov 16, 2008 6:43 pm

Hope you were out on a lake fishing Sunday, if not you missed an excellent day of Trout fishing.
I got on the lake at noon and fished till 4pm. Over 20 fish, and half of them were 14-16"
There real shallow, the last part of the day, I didnt use any weight, Plus there close to the shore
line. I was trolling the edge of the lily pads. Get out there before the cold water lock jaw sets in.

I had never seen a Tiger Trout, and he wacked the fish! Anyway, it was nice to see the guys are starting to figure out the Panic Minnows are for multispecies fish. We are going to go steelhead fishing here pretty soon, and I am going to do some drifting with them.........

Very nice paint job on that bow Swede. My best bows (excluding frankenfish T-loids) have all came from Alaska. Never whacked one up there but have got them into the estimated (tape jobs) mid teens on the bug rods and beads.
Life's short - fish hard!
