Bluegills and Sunfish

Buddy of mine hit lake Ki, said he caught too many to count.
I remember doing the same there around this time last year.
Just too dang far of a drive for me.
Use worms with no weight and no bobber, use a black swivel, on a UL rig, #8 hook with worms or maggots,
tossed under the cedar trees in the shade near shore, waters about 3-4 feet deep, also
near lilly pads, 4-6 feet.
You can use a bobber, but we did better presenting the bait naturally.
Boat launch sucks, more like a gravel shoulder of road, you have to
Park across the street.
