Very nice looking. I do mine whole which gives the meat a more moist finish. Looks great.

These fish are big so they stay fairly moist The smaller ones smoke Whole better. Depends how you wish to eat them. split them for a tastier Dip/spread!

I went out scouting Whitefish areas around here. I caught a half dozen small fish. I kept releasing them trying to catch some bigger ones. This long weekend will get me back out .
