Whats the best way to prepare and cook crawdads ?

A traditional crawfish boil is done with all your crawdads in boiling water, along with corn on the cobb ears which are broken in half, along with red potatoes, include lg. onions which can be quartered. All this is boiled in a brine. Usually I use a spice container known as Tony's.

it will be in the spice section near all the stuff like Jamacia Mistake, etc. Obviously the spice mix you use is the key ingredient. Most grocery stores carry Tony's, with the exception of Safeway, they don't seem to carry anything out beyond the basics. Boil it all until your crawfish are bright red. You may want to let the vegees. cook first for longer to soften.
