I just finished pickling B sprouts. I buy them on the stock clean them up and pickle them. Good stuff.
2 1/2 cups vinager
2 1/2 cups water
3 tblsp non iodized salt
1 teasp cayenne
Fresh dill and garlic.
They make wonderful Christmas gifts and are great for Thanksgiving.
I cclean and blanch the sprouts for 4 mins then put into a ice bath. Pack in quarts or pints with dill and garlic fill with brine. Water bath 10 minutes.
