Hillbilious,
Long time no forum chat. [flapper] Sorry, no experience with your hooks, but good to see ol' timer people on here.

Yeah, I have not been fishing for a while.
Since it's the off-season, I'm going to tie a bunch of jigs for next year.
Did you got to the WL swap meet? I was going to go, but ended up working. ](*,)

WannafishALure.com has some. DPS 7 is tied on them.
Look for Wannafish A Lure on FaceBook

He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

I have used the VMCs a lot in tubes and on craw baits throwing for smallmouth. They are extremely sharp and provide good hook sets. I have experienced the points dulling or becoming bent more quickly than other hooks and you have to check to mack sure that the gap has good distance and is not closing you. Hurts the hookups if the hook is bent in a bit. That being said, I would still recommend them.

Arnold Schwarzenegger approved [biggrin]
I fish not because I regard fishing as being terribly important, but because I suspect that so many of the other concerns of men are equally unimportant, and not nearly so much fun. ~ John Volker
