hey Bigbass Dez....i know you got this covered, but i had an idea about this i was going to share with you....

before i knew you we already planning a casting contest, i thought it would be a great idea to have one. my idea was to have one SPINNING set-up, one FLY set-up, and one BAITCASTER setup........maybe each person gets three casts with each.....nine casts total...award points based on targets....most points 1st...2nd...ect. just an idea...this way a TRUE all-around casting champ could be recognized!!:salut:

just trying to help out with ideas....i'll make every effort to be there. i can even bring some poles and tackle if need be (for the casting contest, just PM me if you need anything). "special t-shirts" would be cool....even better than trophies IMO

I am working on everything as I type. I will be putting up a flyer soon and it will be the official "roll call" and side dish thread. Look for it on June 19. This will give everyone a month to plan. Thanks all for the support and interest with help. You will be much needed and expect a PM in the near future.

 Lake Sammamish it is.

Plan on being there.

Looks good. Unfortunately I'm still not 100% sure I can be there...

I'm hoping I can make it and meet some folks...I'm hoping we have at least 15 guys there this year. Small gathering last year, I'm hoping it'll be a bigger event this year!

I'll be there .I'll bring some Oberto snacks and Pickled products. Also a couple of tablecloths .
When youre up to your rear end in alligators, its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.

Did someone say Lake Tapps? (it's closer for the event coordinator) There is access for all and Fishing for ALL!

I have a jar of pigs feet at my desk that I'll donate. It's the value pack... no joke.

Technically they are pig ankles.#-o

Where I come from pig ankles are a real treat. Usually only served on major holidays.
