Nope. Hint: notice the sparse trees in the background and lots of cottonwoods lining the banks. Also alot of sandstone river bottom.

Nope, not the Cle Elum. Another hint. Sandstone bluffs frequently line the edge of the river.

Also has many sandtone "slides" that are popular for surfing with kayakers.
