I live near lake Burien, and am wondering about fishing it. I see conflicting reports online, some say it is completely private, some say it's open, all say there is no public launch.
I don't need a full launch, if you can toon it, i can get on the water.
My main question is is it open to fishing?
Secondary, can you walk a small boat to it and get on the lake?
Third IF you can get on the lake, can you run an electric on it?
Thanks
Lake Burien? Open to fishing???

I dont think its open.I believe its Port of Seattle property now.
When youre up to your rear end in alligators, its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.

Try angle lake, it gets stocked quite heavily.

RE:Lake Burien? Open to fishing???
from what i have read online that it is closed to the public the people that live on it don't want the public there and most likely would call the cops if you try to fish it you could try tub lake its sea-tac property and port of seattle but bring a pair clippers lots of black berry bushes i herd the fishing use to be great there but haven't fished it my self yet its near the sea-tac community centrer you can google map it i think its on 146th and des moines memorial just be careful the bushes are thick with black berry's can tear up shirt and pants
