#9 15"

confirmed 14" Mike, I'm going to allow this one as I see the hook in the mouth.

response to Mike: Thanks Mike, these fish were floppin around pretty good while taking photos, I think this is the one that snarled the leader so bad I could not slide the FnF bait back down to the hook in a timely manner.

Finally get on the board. Just a bit over 14". Caught 3 fish on the bait this evening, this was the biggest. Caught another dozen or so small ones on wacky rigged kuttail worms too. Not a bad evening.

Headed back to Eloika Lk, got on the water about 5:00 am, picked up my first keeper at 6:30 using the only bait i have left, the white fnf, still fishing it weightless texas rigged, picked up my secind keeper on the next cast, didnt know if the bait would hold up, had to do some repairs to the bait, ended up with five fish, the last one was caught wacky rigged, the bait is done, will not stay on the hook any more.

Here are the other 2 fish, the big hog weighed in at 5.5 lbs and 20.5" long, the bait was rigged wacky style thats the only way it would stay on the hook, wish the bait was still good enough to use one more day but its not, so if i go out tomorrow it wil be to have fun and catch fish. best of luck to the rest of you

Congrats bassman101 on pulling into second place and catching the largest fish at 20 1/2" entered so far. I need to get over to Eloika Lake soon and get me one of them big ol hogs. I almost went the other day but ended up fishing the river here instead. Didn't catch any that big though. :) Nice fish!!

16.5 inch Rainbow on pearl sink-n-fool at Summit Lake on Saturday, 5/28/11. Foul hooked and very bloody, had to keep this one (and then wash down the boat afterward!).

we like blood! entered for unusual fish. Mike

Likely my final entry- a 5#, 20" Largemouth from Ward Lake in Thurston Cty. Lost my card day prior so I am hoping that my hand-write version will be acceptable. Lost the measuring tape along with the card too so having to rely on the measuring board. Check the prior photo of the trout to see the 17" mark and extrapolate from there,

Got this one on the gray bait, wacky rigged. Cast next to an isolated log on the SE end of the lake. Tough finding isolated cover at this lake, lol, it has dense cover around almost all of the shoreline. Had several other smaller bass in the 12 inch range snap at the baits today but no other takers. Lots of looks from the trout too. Ended up losing all but the green bait today hanging up in deep cover (8-15').

confirmed - 20" - Mike

Thanks again for sponsering this fun touney. Yes it was fun even when there were times of frustration, which by the way wasn't related at all to the lures. The lures were very interesting and worked great.

Yes, thanks to Rick and Mike for the fun event. Also congrats to Mark, bassman, and AMX for great catches. Did I leave anyone out? Oh, sorry to those who didn't get any good fish to enter. I hope you had fun anyway. I had fun and am glad to have been able to participate and post a few fish.

I am absolutely humbled.......... Thanks for putting on this tourney and for the active participants, to all of you, THANK YOU. For me, I think it came down to selecting the lake in the state that had a lot of qualifying fish and being lucky enough to hit it when the bite was on. I luckily found out about Stan Coffin here when Mike Schmuck posted a thread about the lake. So, I'm thanking Mike Schmuck as well for managing a good lake and for his posting about it. Simply put, a heck of a lot of luck and a damn good bait! Thanks
