I hope you reported it. It's those yahoos that make everyone hate us fishermen and chase fishermen away with shotguns and big dogs. But it doesn't surprise me anymore. There's always those guys who are willing to break the laws.

"It depends where you want to fish, the Duwamish opens at August 20th, from 405 bridge to downstream. The Green from Auburn 277th street to 405 will open Sept 1st. Rest of it will open Sept 16th.

They have a bait prohibited from August 20th thru 31st.

Check out the regs for more details."

copied from another topic here,,,, Kzoo,,,, Duwamish search

So does 911 still work to get some local cops down there to write tickets? Local cops are authorized to write tickets for fish and game violations.

I fish not because I regard fishing as being terribly important, but because I suspect that so many of the other concerns of men are equally unimportant, and not nearly so much fun. ~ John Volker

I see the same folks down there all the time driving by. Lack of enforcement.

I wouldve loved to have seen that and reported them. These people are just oblivious, or have got some big balls.

Anyways, anybody going to hit the river tomorrow? I was thinking about it, but might have to wait until Sunday.
