I bought myself a 6th Dobyns rod and a new reel. That makes 6 new Dobyns rods and 7 new reels since May of this year. Image A long Christmas since I started getting S.S. benefits.

Just got back from Portland where I spent my Christmas gift money building up my plug collection. Several new Brad Wiggles, Hotshots, and Fatheads. Dicks had a sale, 20% off.

Santa gave me money to purchase the new Redington Sonic Zip Front Waders. Another Curado 200e7.

Santa gave me coal on the river though for xmas. I did manage a nice boot silver that bit a nightmare jig. Not the xmas steelie I wanted but it fought pretty good.

Santa only brought me chocolates and cashews. But he brought my kids new electronic goodies and my lil one a new kitchen set that took daddy 3 1/2 hours to put together while trying to be really quiet christmas eve. Youd never think by looking at those sets that you need to put that much effort into it. Now if I coulda done it and made noise it would have still took me over an hour Im sure. Pain In The Butt. Anybody try out the rods with the 3M Nanotech resin such as the Lamiglas Si rod or the St Croix Legend Elite rod? Its suppose to make the rods stronger and lighter at the same time. I was also interested in the Shimano Saros spinning reel. I would like to hear your opinions on them.

What brand was the pack? Is it water proof?

Gringo,, Your boobies don't show up on my cornputer. Actually the link shuts down the browser. Sounds like a "Riskay" fishing investment.
And tell me how is that Santa at your house is so dialed into fishing, that she.... I mean he.... even knows what Titanium replacement studs for wading boots means?? :-"

Santa at this house dropped of a Spotting scope which is designed for target shooting. But my intention is for bird watching at a new property near Roslyn.
