I've been using P-Line CX the past year. Usually works great. The knot lasts much longer than the previous brand. Tried Seaguar Inviz X first on a couple reels, it stretchs more than P-Line does in the same pound test.

I just respooled both my spinning and baitcasting reels with izorline for the first time....so far the strength seems good, but I'm having a hell of time with line twist on my spinning reel. Don't remember my old Maxima line being quite so problematic. Only been a couple weeks though.

I use Carbotex DSC which is one of the most popular lines in Europe. I got turned onto it by my brother in law who is a semi-pro tournament carp angler in the UK. It is probably the best all around line I have used. Otherwise I run Berkley Nanofil in my light trout/steelhead spinning gear(which really helps with casting distance with light lures), and Maxima in my silver/king gear.

For mono, I prefer to stick with Maxima products for mainline. Bait casters get the Chameleon line and spinning reels get the Ultragreen.

Gotta be maxima ultra green on all my reels. I usually wet my spool before casting and gets rid of most line twists.

Got a few different lines i use for different fishes.

Trout: p-line flouroclear, love the 5lb line they make cast a mile and handles great with very light weights
Lake bobber fishing: berkely nanofil, so far this is the best "braid" i've used on a spinning reel, i'll be switching my steelhead float rod over to this as well this season
Rivers: I usually use berkley big game, never seem to have any problems with it. My absolute favorite when i can find a decent price on it is Yozuri Hybrid that stuff is bullet proof. i use ultra green for my leaders.
Saltwater: Berkley big game, just can't beat the price of this stuff for the quality.

That said i do love maxima ultra green & chameleon, just gets a little spendy as often i respool (always paranoid about line that's seen too much action). I used to use izor a lot but i started getting spools that would break to easy so i move away from them, although if you get a good spool you can turn any fish with their 12lb.

I just started using nanofil and I'm loving it, the stuff is so light and responsive, really great for line mending. I use seaguar red label for my leaders. Nanofil casts so dang far, and it stays really limp. My favorite "braid" so far. Gotta use a uni knot or their nanofil knot tho.

I like braid on spinning gear, and Izorline platinum on baitcasters
