1. 2002 Lund SS Adventure. 17 Foot. Just bought this and I am picking it up next spring when I go home to Iowa for a Walleye trip. I cannot wait. This boat will get nowhere near the salt and will probably stay on the other side of the mountains used solely for Marble Eyes.



2. 16 foot aluminum boat with a 15 hp 4 stroke mercury on it. Mounted trolling motor. Use this boat for Western Washington lakes that allow outboards.

3. 1 man pontoon boat that I use for smaller lakes in Snohomish county that don't allow outboards and even on some lakes that do allow outboards but aren't very big.

You have to have more than 1.

Get that thing out in the salt for some salmon or bottomfishing man!!!

That things got a nice deep v and you'll be fine with running your motors in the salt if you flush them when you are done (a 2 minute process)

Look at thet trailer Sam -- non galvanized. The salt would eat it up. The boat is similiar to my 17 foot Bass Tracker and I, too, have a painted trailer that I don't put in salt.

Not an issue! The boat will be in the garage tonight, casting practice begins promptly at 7PM. Everyone watch out for the Subaru Outback in the slow lane heading for the fishing holes.

Dilbert- How can you sell me out like that! At last count there are more poles in my garage than yours. Posession in 9/10ths of the law my friend. Some people have their priorities out of order. I got the boat before the poles, either way you look at it, I still get to fish.

had a 14' livingston 2 years ago ,well trying to follow the law and stop for people at a crosswalk,well i guess the person behind wasnt paying attention and whamow it was gone ,insurance sucks oh we think its only worth 600$ dosent seem right when thats what you work all week just to wanna go play and just like that its gone well im glad the wife understood, man was i glad she fond me a new to me boat on craigslist and got it for me i hope this is not to sensitive but i love her:cheers:

I have two boats. My first is a 2002 Hewescraft 163 Sea Runner with a 2002 75 horse 4-stroke Honda and EZ-Loader trailer. I added 2 Scotty electric downriggers, Lowrance X85 fish finder, pole holders, and Garman GPS. It’s great for the Sound and larger lakes like Stevens, Goodwin, or Samish. My second is a 2005 Smokercraft 12’ aluminum with King trailer. I use a 50 lb thrust Minn Kota electric trolling motor to get around and added Eagle fish finder, rod holder rack, and Cabala’s high-back seats for comfort. Great boats that I use every chance I get. Good fishin! My Smokercraft is pictured at the Cranberry Lake launch and my Hewescraft is pictured ar the Lake Goodwin launch.

I have 5 boats but no pictures.


A 12' Peninsula McKenzie Style drift boat, a 13' aluminum canoe, 7.5' and 9 foot livingstons, and a 9 foot sterlingboat.


My primary criteria for any boat is that it be light enough to drag around on the grass and pop in the back of my pickup.

I also have a 2HP Honda and an electric trolling motor for propulsion but prefer to row.
