I didn't even know that river got kings, maybe a stray or you got super lucky and caught the only one in the river.

I know... I got a nice one a couple years ago. 3 or 4 fish in the hole, and one charged out to take my offering. I was talking to a tribal biologists later in the day and he said the tribe is artifically spawning/rearing native chinook to enhance the existing run. It could be an excellent C&R fishery in the future.

yup! ive caught a bunch of chinook in there this week with clipped fins Randy, and theres a lot more than 3-4 in there right now. seems to be growing!
