Sutherland is number 1. a few others tie for number 2, those are Nawatzel, Kapowsin, Carney and the Crescent near Gig Harbor.

way to many lakes to list but the skagit river reservoirs will always hold a special place in my heart as i grew up in that area. lotta fond memories fishing gorge and diablo lakes. far as lowland lakes cranberry lk in island county is prob my no 1. spent many spring breaks as a kid there and still make a few trips to deception pass every year
