dude! hahaha.. he had already won mystery fish and $250.00 big ones! it was dad's turn to get his prize! we launched the very next day at doug bar... and caught more fish..

thing is.. with a small prop boat you can get from the mouth of the snoho all they way to the SKY if you're adventurous and don't mind a couple dings on your prop.. you can get to doug bar from town easy with no dings.. just gotta choose your line right..

Its a private launch in a trailer park. They used to let people launch there, but I dont know any more. Couldnt hurt to stop in and ask somebody. [-o< as far as doug bar goes, you need to know the secret handshake, it goes something like the handshake of the royal order of water buffalo from the Flintstones.

The ask used to go a lot smoother if you had a bottle of something tasty in your hand while asking. It's been years since I've known anyone who launched there. It used to be reserved for the campers and special guests.

Launch at highbridge on the Snoqualmie and go down from there.

there is more hazardous waters from high bridge DOWN to doug bar VS launching in town or below and moving UP..
I like a little pucker factor tho :pirat:

Just got here, expecting a line at boat launch. Total ghost town. Water extremely low. Could be an interesting day.
