Sold out pink buzz bombs

Post by returnofthefish » Fri Aug 21, 2009 7:17 pm

as of today:
Renton Walmart - only 3 of the 2 inch buzz bombs, several 3 inch buzz bombs, no more 2.5 inchers

Renton Fred Meyers - about a dozen 2.5 inchers and no more 2 inchers.

I am aware if pink ones are hard to come by, then just paint different ones pink with nail polish. This is jusy to save people time from going store to store only to find out that there are no more pink buzz bombs.

Whats a good number of pink buzz bombs to have for the season ?

Fred Myer in burien and Fed way are sold out Big 5 in burien sold out and Outdoor Emporium in Seattle is also sold out.

I took Islandbass advice and used pray paint. Primer first, pink spray paint and a clear coat enamel. The final product looks a lot better than nail polish. The pinks are SO aggresive howerever, I dont think it really matters how you get them pink.

He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Man,

I never let that stop me. Matter of fact, I laugh in the face of those empty aisles.

I will buy the whitest ones that don't have any pink and spray paint them at home with Cerise (this is the pink color of the pink buzz bomb, not hot pink. Hot pink is usually a redder pink BTW). Sometimes the Other colored bbombs are a bit cheaper too.

If I have to purchase the non white ones, I will prime them with white primer first. They dry fairly quickly too.

All my pinks have been caught with my cerise painted bbombs.
