RE:BASSACKWARDS - VOTED "MOST CREATIVE HANDLE"
HOLY COW! Let's don't let this thread fizzle. It's too good for that. Nobody has been here in two day. If I could I'd vote again I'd vote something like;
Sky King
My Friend Flicka
The Cisco Kid
If you haven't voted yet, it's time to do so.
I'm rooting for ...........................

RE:BASSACKWARDS - VOTED "MOST CREATIVE HANDLE"
Hey, as promised I am pitching in twenty bucks of gear to the winner... To make things easier for all parties involved though, I have found out that on bass pro shops online you can send an "e gift card." All I need is the name and email address for the winner, then they recieve the e gift card in their email account, and it can be used online, catalog orders or even in store purchases... This way the winner can purchase something that they will use for sure. Hope y'all like the idea. If not you can throw stones and sticks at me:cheers:

RE:BASSACKWARDS - VOTED "MOST CREATIVE HANDLE"
Well it seems as though we have a tie. needabiggerboat will decide the tie breaker. He voted for fish4brains on page 6 and now has voted for bassackwards. So needabiggerboat, the winner is up to you.
I will PM the winner to find out what gear they wish to recieve. You will also recieve a PM from Mike (WL.com stuff), Beerman1981 ($20 gift cert.) and bodofish (bodo tub ride).

RE:BASSACKWARDS - VOTED "MOST CREATIVE HANDLE"
We need your vote needabiggerboat. We cannot end in a tie.
If anyone else who has not voted still wants to get in a vote, go for it.
ALSO:
I will be starting a new thread once again called "What's in a name". I have realized that the original content of this thread has been overshadowed by this contest. It was awesome stuff that we started with and I think a thread dedicated to just telling us how you came up with your handle would be great. With new members and others who didn't get to contribute before (because of the contest) having the ability to do so in the new thread. Maybe a contest with other handles can happen down the road, but I know now to start a new post to do this. Sorry guys.
I will be sending PM's out to remind people.
Thanks.

RE:BASSACKWARDS - VOTED "MOST CREATIVE HANDLE"
Hi all,
I'm back...no fish for me in Tahoe. Didn't really try (that what we all say), stupid me, we got out to a "spot" in one of the coves and got the poles out and no tackle box????? I forgot it in the van like an idiot, I guess I was distracted with the other 5 tons of stuff I loaded in the boat. Oh well....Lake Tahoe was unbelievably pretty and clear. I threw a spinner bait a few times (the only lure I had) around some rocks, I could see it the entire way back to the boat. Awesome!!! So we put the poles away and started tubing and swimming.
Not sure if I should raise my arms yet? Looks like we've got a close one. I'll let Jeremiah weigh in before I do my victory dance.
I appreciate everyone's votes. This has been fun. As I said in my previous post, my "winnings" are going to Jason Felts (aka felts_jf ), who's currently deployed overseas. He's due back home in September. I think this would be a cool way for all of us to say "Welcome Home" and "THANK YOU". I PM'd him the other day, sounds like he's doing well and looking forward to wetting a line again. Keep him in your prayers.
Jon

RE:BASSACKWARDS - VOTED "MOST CREATIVE HANDLE"
Well this game has been fun and since a winner cannot be decided and after reading bassackwards post, I am declaring him the WINNER!!!. I thought I read that he was giving his winning to fellow that was due back from Iraq in an earlier post, well now he has confirmed that. So with that being said I am backing out of the competition, therefore declaring Bassackwards the WINNER!!!!!. Congrats Bassackwards and good on you for donating to Jason. Thank you for everyone who voted for me. Jon: Tell Jason THANK YOU!
