lol..glad you guys found my lingo bloody funny, since we're on topic and just so all you guys know im on the one burger less diet, so far in a month ive lost 15lb yohooo. And thats with no friggin exercise bloody hell i should market this, im sure the world could do with another fail proof fat buster.

Lossing weight is a simple matter of taking in less calories than you burn. Not rocket science. You've discovered the first key - no more fast food junk. Another member on the site, Dave, has lost an amazing amount of weight on his diet plan. I'm sure he'd be happy to share his insights with you any time.
