Today she met me at the door, said I would have to choose, if I picked up that fishing rod today, she'd be packing all her things and she'd be gone by noon....well I'm gonna miss her when I get home

I used to go back when I was racing my own car. It has been about 10 years since I have been to any races there. If you haven't been it is worth the trip. If you haven't taken your kids...take them...jsut bring ear plugs for them. Plus your ticket is a pit pass. Get to see the cars up close and them working on there cars. Well worth the trip for you and the family.

I've been to the classic car race a few times. Was thinking about going to the NHRA thing this year since it should be a *bit* more exciting

I went Saturday, lots of fun! First time watching top fuel, about blew my ears/face off the first race because I was not prepared and sat REALLY close to the track. We walked around and looked at all the cars - didn't see your orange number 70.... D'oh! You meant 1970!

I`ve been going every year since I moved here from the south. My dad is a superviser for miller lite. So when Larry Dixon was driving for the snake in the miller lite dragster we used to get free tickets and a hospitality pass. Never cost us anything. Now paying that much a ticket is alot. I managed to get two for the price of one this year. Wouldn`t miss it for nothing.
