Trails End Fishing Reports

Mason County’s Trails End Lake (formally known as Pricket Lake) is located about 5 ½ miles SW from the town of Belfair. It covers 74 surface acres, reaches depths of about 30 feet and lies at an elevation of 301 feet. Fish species include rainbow trout and largemouth bass. Both species are known to reach impressive sizes. The water is very clear and the lake is ringed by private homes. There is very little aquatic vegetation but has large areas of shoreline reeds. Public access is provided by the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife. The access area has one of the old round pit toilets, a gravel boat launching area and plenty of parking space.
