Arrived at 9:30 am to see the launch blocked by a trout lodge truck. Seems a couple of the local fishing clubs paid to stock the lake w/ some triploids. Pretty cool to watch them flow out of the truck...

Just to make it clear. From Steve's report on 4-19 some people may get the impression that all artificial lures are ok. It is a fly fishing only - catch and release lake.

Alright for a year round lake, I caught a couple of trout. There are carp there (many) but haven't got any everyone uses dough balls for them.
