Yeah, I think I saw you bobbing around the breakwater with your Zebco. Poor man's float tube eh? Just kiding, that was back when they made crabpots for the Alaska fisheries where Arnies' is now.

I just got here myself but welcome anyway Karl.

Well this is weird, I'll have to try it out!!!!

Name: Mark
Age: 37
Location: Auburn (about 10 minutes from Lake Tapps (north)
I work for the U.S. Army, been doing it for over 11 years now active duty
Love to fish for Salmon/Trout/Steelhead pretty much anything that will pull my line and slip the drag
I've fished Lake Tapps, American Lake, Green River, White River, not many other places since I've only been in the area since DEC '08 and deployed out in SEPT '09. Won't return for good until Fall of 2010.
I've been fishing since I was old enough to stand. My dad taught me how to fish and now I'm sure he regrets it. ha ha I miss going on the fly in fishing trips with him in Northern Ontario.
When I'm not fishing I'm usually stuck at work, day dreaming about fishing and catching the biggest fish out there.
Don't have a boat yet, have to wait until after I return from deployment. (anyone want a fishing partner for 2 wks in feb?)
PIC will be added soon.

Hello all, another new member here...

Moved to the area 10 years ago. My limited fishing experience is only from shore with the occasional boat rental at Lake Irvine when I lived in So Cal. (I'm originally from PA, so please don't hold it against me for being another Californian who moved to Washington 8-[ ). Didn't fish too much after moving here except for a few trips to Lake Meridian while living in Kent. Got a bit discouraged with the limited shore access in the area, so I got a motorcycle six years ago for my midlife crisis and have been enjoying the local rides and touring.

For my long overdue return to fishing, I'm considering getting a solo canoe and adding outriggers and a trolling motor to get off the shore and out onto the smaller lakes. The following setup is what I'm thinking of:

Hiya!

My name is Ever.
I'm 35, and I live in Seattle with my wife and daughter.
I got turned on to bass fishing last summer while visiting family in Ohio. The uncle-in-law and myself pulled a ton of dinks out of the family farm pond. such good times! I just bought a rod and reel and a pontoon boat, and I'm looking forward to hitting up Bitter and Haller lakes over the coming months.

Tight lines!
