Hit the lake for the opener. Landed a 16+ incher in the first few minutes. Then had some small bites and fish. Little slower than a normal opener. But had a good time.

Fished opposite the boathouse on the east side. Slow fishing but it WAS the middle of the day. Boated 1 8" and lost 1 for 3 fishermen in 2 hours. Wind picked up, clouds moved in and we went home.
