Patterson Fishing Reports
Patterson Lake (130 acres): Patterson is located approximately 7 miles S.W. of Winthrop and nearby Pearrygin State Park which has camping available. Although Patterson is sometimes a slow starter, anglers can expect fair to good early season action on rainbows 8 to 9 inches, with a few eastern brook trout and some carry-over rainbows up to 15 inches. A resort, plus public access with toilets and a launch are available at this popular lake in the Methow Wildlife Area.
