lake is 2 miles SE of Roy on the Fort Lewis Military Reservation. If your either coming from Garrison (inside the gate ) or from the East gate . turn at the C5-A mock up. Ya cant miss it ,Its a C5 -A galaxy fusalauge . go about 5 miles . your 2nd hair pin curve past muck creek ,there will be a dirt road (tank trail) if you keep going straight the lake is about 300 meeters down the tank trail.if you go around the curve and go another 2 miles you will come to the Nisqually river tank crossing.you have gone way too far. may I suggest that you go to North West Adventure Center on N.Fort . If you have an ID card to get on post . they have lots of good maps of main post and the S.rainier training area
