Went out for halibut with a charter. Smaller fish than usual and the fishing was quite slow. Took 3-4 hours for 12 to limit. Biggest fish was around 40 lbs

Fished from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Caught 2 planters and had several bites. Saw trollers and dock fishermen catching...all were this years plants.
