Phantom Fishing Reports

King County’s Phantom Lake is located about 3 ½ miles SE from Bellevue. The lake is located at 250 feet of elevation, 63.2 surface acres and with a maximum depth of 47 feet. Fish species include largemouth bass, yellow perch, black crappie, brown bullhead catfish and pumpkinseed sunfish. Public access to this little lake is through the Lake Hills Green Belt Park. The park provides parking for about 10 cars, restrooms, a fishing dock and a muddy, shallow boat launching area. From the parking lot to the boat launching area is about 100 yards so a hand carried craft is a must. Internal combustion engines are banned on the lake.Bob Johansen
